I’m not usually one to post reviews, but today’s experience truly prompted me to do so. I’ve been coming here for Botox for some time, and my appointment today with Hayleigh S. (RN) was exceptional. She had the lightest touch, which made a noticeable difference. She also took the time to review my past treatments and thoughtfully discuss my current requests. I really appreciated her care and attention to detail.

I have stayed with L Aesthetics at this location. I think going on 10 years. I now live in Bulverde Texas and still travel an hour and a half back to get my Botox and I will continue to do that. I love the doctors and I love their employees. Never leaving.💯♥️

Got my first dermaplaning plus diamond facial and loved the results! Thinking about paying the $199 for a year of $105 dermaplaning/diamond glow facials (usually around $225). Madison was excellent and let me relax when I wanted, but conversed with me when I spoke. I love that. My skin was so soft and smooth after the treatment. I will be back for sure.

I had the BEST experience with Josh! He was incredibly knowledgeable, so fun to talk to, and truly amazing at what he does. I got lip filler and Botox, and I’m already obsessed with my results. He explained everything thoroughly, made me feel completely comfortable, and his technique is seriously next-level. If you’re looking for someone who knows their craft and makes the whole appointment enjoyable, he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

I’ve had excellent experiences receiving Botox injections at this office. The care was consistently professional, precise, and thorough—so much so that even after relocating to a different state, I felt compelled to write this review for my practitioner, Bailey.

Bailey was outstanding: detail-oriented, attentive, and highly skilled. She took the time to explain everything clearly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the entire process.

I also want to acknowledge how gracious and compassionate the office was during a medical emergency. When my awareness shifted, I was treated with calm, dignity, and genuine care, which meant more than I can express. It’s rare to find a practice that combines such excellence with that level of humanity.

I highly recommend this office, and especially Bailey, for both the quality of care and the respect shown to patients as whole people.

Stop shopping around for the perfect med spa and come here!! I love the ambience. The staff is always kind and friendly. Every time I come, I feel my concerns are addressed. It's a more personalized experience. They have the latest technologies in cosmetic procedures. The doctor and staff are always willing to talk over anything I have questions about. Today, I was truly blessed to been seen by Dr. Ledbetter. What a great experience! He is kind, caring, an excellent listener and explains everything in detail.
I really appreciate his whole person approach. There were things I was doing everyday not realizing they were making me age faster.
His tips and advice came from a place of arming his clients with the best information out there that had nothing to do with pushing products or procedures.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this business. I’ve always had a great experience and fantastic natural looking results.
Everyone that works here is the cream of the crop but, if you get a chance, book an appointment with Dr. Ledbetter.

I got Botox here and it was perfect! The doctor was very knowledgeable. He explained everything. During the injection I heard a big crack and he said “that was a big one!” Indeed, he got my forehead looking really smooth. The office was nice and clean and the receptionist was nice. Highly recommend!

Bailey is absolutely amazing. I came here because Bailey is an RN. She listened to exactly what I wanted. She gave me even better results than I could’ve ever dreamed of. She’s super easy to talk to and walks you through everything. The numbing they use for lip filler is fantastic and I barely felt a thing. I didn’t bruise AT ALL and barely had any swelling, she definitely knows what she’s doing!

I have had bad fillers that caused a different set of issues. I have a challenging situation due to scar tissue from a busted lip but Bailey worked magic and I can't believe how good it looks and how she took her time to get it perfect. I am so much more confident and happy with the results.
